Delivery Days

We deliver throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays. To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be submitted by 11:00am.

Delivery Areas

Our service covers the greater Adelaide region. When you enter your postcode at checkout, the system will confirm whether we can deliver to your address. If you're looking to send flowers outside our standard delivery zones, please get in touch to discuss your options.

Delivery Fees

The price you see is the price you pay—delivery is already included! There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout. We personally deliver each arrangement to ensure your flowers arrive fresh, on time, and handled with care. From our hands to yours, it’s all part of the service.

What If No One Is Home?

In cases where no one is available to receive the delivery, we’ll assess whether there’s a suitable place to safely leave the flowers. If not — for example, due to poor weather or lack of shelter — we’ll arrange an alternative delivery time with you. Please note that a second delivery will incur an additional fee.

Delivery Times

While we aren’t able to guarantee an exact delivery time, all orders will be delivered during standard business hours on the requested date. Timing may vary based on route planning, delivery volumes, and your location.

Although we aim to ensure every delivery goes off without a hitch, unexpected issues can sometimes occur. If there's a problem, we'll reach out to you to find a solution. To help us get in touch quickly, please keep your phone accessible on the day of delivery.
